Babaji Buildcon was started by S. Sukhvinder Singh. Today it is run by his sons, Harpreet Singh and Lakhbeer Singh, with the same promise our first clients got: build it right, and stand behind it.
Our story
Built on one neighbourhood at a time
Our father, S. Sukhvinder Singh, started building homes in Delhi in 1998. He began with one plot, one site and a simple rule: every floor should be built as if his own family were going to live in it.
Over the years that work grew into Babaji Buildcon, incorporated as a private limited company in 2018. We have now completed more than 125 projects: builder floors on plots from 200 to 2000 sq yd, collaborations with landowners, and commercial buildings.
Today Harpreet Singh and Lakhbeer Singh run the business alongside our father. We are on our sites every day, we know our clients by name, and many of our new projects come from families we have built for before.
