What we do
We are builders, not brokers. Every floor carrying our name was planned, built and finished by our own team, under the same family that started the work in 1998.
You own the land and fund the build. We take it from drawings to handover as a complete turnkey project.
For plot owners who want a builder they can hold to a spec.
You give the plot, we build the whole building at our cost. The finished floors are shared between us as agreed in writing.
For families with an old house on a good Delhi plot.
We also buy land, build and sell floors ourselves. You deal directly with the people who built your home.
For home buyers who want to know exactly what is in the walls.
We build commercial and mixed-use buildings on contract, with the same structural standards as our residential work.

You don't need to manage separate architects, designers and agents. We handle everything a building needs, under one contract.
Plans, elevations, structural, plumbing and electrical drawings, all made before work starts.
False ceilings, lighting, modular kitchens, wardrobes and woodwork, designed and built in-house.
MCD building plan sanction, agreements and all construction-related legal paperwork, handled by us.
Our Vastu consultant is available when you need one, to guide layout, entrances and room placement.
Renovation and upgrade of existing homes: flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, woodwork and finishing.
Collaboration
Most of our work in Rajouri Garden, Tagore Garden and Meenakshi Garden starts like this: a family, an ageing house, and a plot worth far more as a modern building.
We inspect the plot, check width, road and approvals, and tell you what can be built under MCD rules.
Floor share, timeline and the full construction annexure are fixed in a written agreement.
Our architect and structural engineer prepare the plans, elevation and Zone IV structural design.
Barricading, foundation, RCC frame, masonry, services and finishing, with site visits whenever you want.
Your floors are handed over finished, with lift, fittings and woodwork as listed in the annexure.
